Second public hearing a to solicit “input regarding the composition of the districts” prior to drawing the draft maps, and to demonstrate use of the ‘public participation kit’ map-drawing tools.

Deadline for initial map submissions from the public.

Council holds public hearing, selects a map and introduces the Ordinance making the change to by-district elections.

Council has 2nd reading and final adoption of Ordinance.
